95 F350 coolant leak

I picked up a 95 F350 crew cab with the 7.5L last week. The truck only has 106000 miles and came from AZ with very little rust. I noticed a small coolant leak but I am having a hard time finding it. It is coming from the front passenger side. At first I though maybe it was the upper radiator hose but it's not. If you look under the truck there is a metal plate that goes across with a large hole. There is maybe 5 or so holes across the plate. The coolant seems to be dripping out of the end hole on the passenger side. Maybe it's the water pump?

I cannot believe this truck does not have cup holders. Does anyone know what I can do for cup holders. It sucks having to hold your drink while driving the truck.

The rear passenger lock doesn't work. I can lock and unlock the door manually.
