Sorry that no one's responding to your needs Super----seems there might not be any available from those of us here.
That's a common problem with Ford's E vans, caused mostly by the OEM mat being left in place over a long time. They absorb and hold moisture, often times to the point the padding is thoroughly soaked. This in turn causes rust from above, road wetness being thrown against the underside too doesn't help.
Maybe talk to a few rust restoration specialists in your area---see if a piece from a later model wreck could be successfully spliced into your existing floor.
Can't be much more help than this-----hope you find something workable!
