Need Help!!
First, thanks for this web site and all the information.
1999.5 F250 7.3 starting stalling while going down the highway. Had this before and replaced the CPS. Run good for 2 days. Died at the redlight today. Cranks right back up and drove 30 miles home with only 1 slight cut out.
Going to replace the IPR valve once I get off work.
Am I going in the right direction for fixing this problem?? Any thing else I need to check or look for?

I'd look at this before IPR. Fast, easy and free to check.

Also check the 42pin harness at the valve cover for chaffing. Do everything before IPR!!!
Check out the ScanGauge II as well. This OBDII gauge will display every parameter the PCM monitors and displays (4) parameters at a time (as well as read/clear DTC's). This would easily diagnose an IPR/HPO issue. Retail $160 IIRC.
Its no AE, but will answer almost all of the same questions.

I know of a ford grey cps failing as it was leaving the dealership. it didn't even make it a mile!
if the cps fixed it the first time and it is acting identical could be the cps again or associated wiring and when you changed it you moved the fault in the wiring enough to make it work for a while.
also the fuel bowl heater can be an intermittent short with out blowing the fuse.
