Ive been looking everywhere for specs on a 1975 Ford F250 Highboy. My manager is trying to sell his and I have come up short on specs and everything. Any help would be nice... Thanks Guys...
Engine size, trans, stuff like that. Ive been tasked to post it and sell it on Craigslist. He bought it for his daughter but she wanted a new Fusion instead because of "going green" so he is stuck with it. I just dont know what to post because everywhere Ive looked including here there are different takes on what/when the highboy was and the years it incorporated. He was fixing it up and I would take it from him but 6500 is way too much for me. haha. Please help I want to do the truck justice.
Get the vin and post it. This will provide the needed info for these guys to look it up. You will have to confirm what they tell you though because people change stuff. For instance my truck came with a 360 but has a 390 in it right now. Start with the vin.
well if it is a highboy it will have a front crossmember right under the bumper. also it will have 3 drivesafts. one from the trans to the transfer case. then from the transfer case to each of the axles. from my point of view it would have to be really clean and straight for that kind of money. no rust no dents no faded paint. run like a top. if he is in the process of restoring it what stage is it at?

If it meets all the following criteria it's a Highboy...
1) it's a Ford
2) it's a F250
3) it's a 4x4
4) it was made prior to 3-1-77 (before serial #Y20,001)
