I own a 1993 F150 4x4 and it ran perfectly till I moved the truck 30 feet and parked it and that was the last time it ran. When I tried to start it a couple weeks later all I got was a click,so I charged the battery, changed starter relay, even the starter! I swore it was locked up! But it's not so any suggestions? I'm at whits end! Thanks very much
Hey man. Sorry no one has replied. Have you had any messages to help.
Back to the front page.
Have you gotten the truck running yet.
Did you pull out the plugs a d try turning it over.
Did it run good or bad when you moved it.
Is all the coolant in the radiator still.
One thing you might try looking at is the battery cables themselves. A long while back I was having starting issues like that and pulling my hair out. Then I learned that even though a battery cable looks good on it's end, the wire under the sheathing can be corroded and green as Popeye's supper. This is exactly what I found. I replaced the cables and it's worked good since.
If your battery cables are original, I would take a very close look at them.
