1996 7.3L Idler Pulley

Hi Guys
Does anyone know the part number of the idler/tension pulley that's under the alternator on the passenger side front of the motor. Mine decided to eat its self and I need to replace the whole assembly.

Thanks in advance

You can get just the pulley itself, i had to do it on mine. Got it at napa. The only thing they asked was if it was smooth or had the ribs on it

Go with the super duty tensioner mod. It requires you to get a new belt also. The benefit is the sd has two idlers on the tensioner, so the tensioner arm will not have so much strain on it and pull off track as it gets older. Best i can explain it.
