i have 85 f 600 that has the hydrulic maxie brakes we put new wheel cylinders and i have backed the wheel cylnders all the way in and it has the same brake shoes that it had on it before and the drum and hub goes on but its very hard to turn i have even changed the wheel seal with another new one and it still hard to turn i have done many brake jobs in my time both hydrulic and heavy duty hydrulic and also air brakes and i never had this proublem before but this is the first truck with hydrulic spring brakes (maxies) that ive done anybody have any ideas ??
