Econoline horn brush bushing

My 65 Econoline was missing some horn parts in the steering wheel. I've mostly got it worked out except for the bushing that the horn brush passes through.

I found a diagram that lists this part as 13A822 (I assume there is a C0xx or C1xx prefix to that number... not sure what it is).

Does anyone know a source for this part?

It looks like a simple part to improvise, but I have no good picture of it. Can someone describe how the brush fits in the bushing? Is it a single piece, or is it multiple pieces? I'm guessing there is a flange on the bottom and the brush's spring tension keeps the bushing in place. Is there something that keeps the brass cap of the horn brush in a certain place? Is the inside diameter of the bushing equal to the carbon brush, or equal to the brass cap? Is the brush inserted from the top, or from the bottom?

Too many words for such a stupid-simple problem. Any help would be appreciated.

* Insulator fits into a hole on the outside of the steering wheel, below horn button or ring. Then the brush (COAF-13A821-A) fits into the insulator. Make sure the brush's copper wire hasn't snapped.
