Looking for a 3 to 4 inch lift kit

2003 F250 FX4, crew cab short bed. Looking to have a small lift put on, around four inches.

Who makes a good kit and how much should I expect to pay to have it installed? Looking for good quality do-it-right suspension lift kits only, no blocks.

Installing myself is not an option as I have no where to do it.

Ive got a Donahoe Racing (now Icon I think) 4.5". Love it. Rides just like stock only better with the Bilstiens.
It does use lift blocks in the rear though.
I paid a friend of a friend that worked at the Ford stealership $250 to install.

There's nothing really wrong with rear blocks. Rear lift springs can tend to ride stiff or be expensive that don't...

I swe no problem with rear blocks as long as your not stacking them, or going way up. 4 inch rear blocks would be fine. Hell the 350s are 4 inch.

BDS has a warantee that's hard to beat my only recommendation is to NOT go with there shocks... Buy a better set like bilsteins along with your new lift

with rear blocks you'll get axle wrap. It's worth the extra dough for all spring lifts. Any major brand lift is relatively the same in design, until you get into 4 link stuff. My advice is upgrade to Bilstein shocks, regardless of what lift you choose
