Welcome to the forums.

Typical painted steel wagon wheels with aluminum trim rings? Same set I have on my '89 F150. I'd love to put a set of aluminum wheels on it.

Base models got these:

Often times with a beauty/trim ring and/or caps.

Perhaps it's because it's a 3/4 ton, but my lariat came with steelies.

My 89 Bronco XLT came with steelies too. 15x8

Like this one. The trim rims have a step in them where the red lines are painted on. I'd love to find another set of those. I had the same set on my 150 but they got stolen...

I'm thinking the wheels have nothing to do with the styling package. Likely pick either one for any.

Cool, I learn something new! Every single local XLT rig has the Outlaws, and the base models got wagon wheels. Especially on Broncos...

Aluminum wheels were not available on 88 or 89 trucks. Only later did they offer them as option. But any from 1953-1996 fit. Find wheel you like and bolt them on. Even late model Dodge has 5 on 51/2 pattern even in 17 and 20 inchers. The center cap needs modified to be ford though.

I really like these wheels, and seldom see them anymore, since so many people switch to aftermarket.

My 89 XLT Lariat F-350 has that rim too, but in 8 bolt. I just bought it from a friend last year. I can ask him if he added them later or if they came with the truck.

The factory aluminum wheel's weren't Outlaw II's, however the Outlaw II's are extremely similar.

To OP:

Search car-part.com

Factory wheels on your '89 most likely would have been of the style that f100beatertruck posted
