Pms Mods, E fuel, turbos, and injectors, Little help.

Hello Guys. Been a while for me since Ive been on. Pms has gotten to me and I feel it time to make more power with my old girl. For starts it got 120 Idm, Gear head chip, pryo trans bost gauges, 3'Dp, 5' exhaust, T500 Hpop, Afe cold air intake.

I want to upgrade to E fuel. I was looking at kits and thinking of going with this one.
http://www.barnonediesel.com/index.php?route=product/product&path=20&product_id=42

For Bigger injectors I'm gonna do bugget build Rosewood stage 2's 160/80's.

Now the real questions. What to do for my turbo? I want to upgrade but dont want to put a ton of money out here. I was thinking a whicked wheel 2 in my obs turbo. Opition 1.

Option 2: Early 99 van turbo and a early 99 spider. With an intercooler.

Option 3: Late super duty turbo, With that super duty up pipes, collecter, exhaust manifolds, intake manifolds, down pipe and spider. Will it even all it in an obs?

What the best turbo option? Is there something better, I'm planing to do E fuel and turbo at the same time. I will be mocking my intercooler in soon and may just cap the ends off and leave it in as I have to replace my radiator asap.

Intercooler Pipes? Will super dutys work or will I need to make a set?

Thanks for all the help a head of time guys!

For e fuel i went with Irate diesel kit. It is put together really well and comes with every thing you need. And for the turbo, i got my kit from Irate too. It is a t4 mount style. The turbo itself is a s366. The kit comes with every thing for the swap. Bellowed uppipes, intercooler pipes, ic boots, t4 mount, intake plenums, turbo. The wicked wheel is just a stock replacement and only helps the super duty turbos. Dont know how much you want to spend but e fuel kit is 1000 and the turbo kit is bout 2300.

So for a turbo I'm going with a E99 Van turbo and 7.3 IC.

Now I'm running short on funding so I was thinking of putting the bosh Ele fuel pump in I already have. I can get a SD fuel bowl set up dirt cheap. So my question is what the best way to wire up the fuel pump.

It's our turbo with the SD compressor wheel. And it mounts different then the obs turbo.
The SD guys go to the van turbo for the bigger exhaust housing for lower egt's

The van turbos have a bigger exhaust wheel and housing... hence the reason a van turbo is better than obs. I have just about everything in stock to convert both mine and dougs ons to e99

If the ons exhaust wheel is also larger I stand corrected and there is no advantage.

The van turbo wheel has a 76.20mm inducer and a 69.84mm exducer (84 trim).

OBS truck
Turbine wheel inducer diameter: 76.2 mm
Turbine wheel exducer diameter: 69.84 mm (70 mm)
