Most full ranch hand style bumpers (not the grill guard type that uses the stock bumper) stick out really far away from the front grill making them stick way out in front. I'm sure there is a reason why they do, but...

I can see this looks really good on a 4 door, long bed dually or 2wd. But does this look proportionally good on a 4 door, short bed 4x4 truck?

When I find one that isn't butchered or doesn't have a ridiculous price tag I thought I'd have it powdercoated an aluminum color.

Ive got a ranch hand bumper on my extended cab long bed. i think it looks great. it does stick out from the truck almost a full foot in length. the best part of it is its almost like a platform to stand on when you work on your truck. im sure it will look good on a short bet 4 door.

 

Once I get my truck all back together ill post some pics. Granted its a cclb. But its full replacement front and rear with full length ranch hand running boards. Once summer rolls around I'm going to bed coat all of the metal.
