How to improve MPG on 05 xlt f 150
I'm looking to get a 6 inch lift with 35s. I know my MPG will decrease. However will putting a performance chip, 4.56 gears, dual exhaust and air intake put my gas back to stock almost?

The programmer will help a bit, the intake and exhaust are just noise makers. The only way to get stock mpg's with 35s would be regear

You might be good if you regear and then custom tune but there is probably not much to get you back to stock MPG with 35s.

You could try shutting your truck off when at stoplights and going downhill. Maybe even pushing it if you are only traveling short distances. Other than that the mileage is going to suck but hey you gotta pay to play, right?
