1994.5 F250 7.3L flash relay location

All my turn signal lights work, but won't blink. When the turn signal is engaged either direction, the lights stay on. The hazard lights seem to work fine. Trying to find where the relay is located(whatever that looks like), when the hazards are on, the "clicking" noise seems to be by the parking brake(bottom left drivers side). Not sure what exactly I'm looking for, any help would be appreciated.

The flasher is on the fuse panel, just over the park brake. It's the large round component.
There are 2 flashers: one for the hazards, and one for the turn signals. One flasher is on the front of the panel, and the other is on the back. They just pull out. I think the one on the back is for the hazards, but you can turn them on and feel which one is clicking...

Hey Phy,
too easy, I'm almost embarrassed.....almost. I put the hazard flasher in the turn signal slot and they worked fine....I'll just replace both. Thanks again for the quick reply and the help.

Take care.

No worries. If you've never had to mess with one, how would you know?
Some of the aftermarket flashers are taller than the stock ones, and if one of those is put in the front of the fuse block, the fuse panel cover will hit it...
