You're supposed to sell it in the classifieds section of the website, but it wouldn't hurt for you to mention what's for sale on this thread....without the price of course.
A harmonic balancer. I had it replaced about a month ago, then while I was away tending to some family business, my husband decided to surprise me by fixing the shudder in my engine, and they replaced it again (at a different dealership)! So it's got less than 500 miles on it.
Thanks, I'll check out the classifieds. If anyone's interested, look over there!
Oooooh, boy- sorry about that! One just ASSUMES that because this is a Ford Truck site, that- never mind, I'm just going to get myself in deeper trouble than I already am!
Really, it's nice to be in a place where people who know about trucks don't talk down to you with "Little Lady" jabberwocky. In a sense, the assumption that everyone here is male creates an advantage, and I know I'll get sensible information.
Take this whole engine shudder thing, for example:
ACAMAR -- takes truck to local dealership, where they replace the harmonic balancer on the theory that "it's always that, when you have this kind of shudder", which doesn't help. Then they spend six days fiddling with the truck, "consulting with Ford", and finally saying I need a new engine. In the two visits, they charge me $500.
HUSBAND -- takes truck to another dealership where he's well known, while I'm out of town, so I'm not inconvenienced (is he a keeper, or what! ). Not only do they take him seriously, they don't dare suggest the thing needs a new engine. They too replace the HBer (no change), then replace the torque converter. They are ashamed to charge him for the HBer, when they find out that the other dealership had already replaced it, and they cut the labor in half. Bill -- $400, and four days in the shop. They recommend replacing the engine WHEN IT DIES, say about another 100,000 miles or so.
Now, granted, the difference could have been a place where he was well known v. the place where we weren't well known. But it's entirely possible that I got slightly "taken" because I'm female. Oh, and the first place gave me the "Little Lady" talk. "It's an inner engine problem, Little Lady. You'll need a new engine. Bring your husband over, and we'll explain it all to him."

First, thank you for your graciousness. A lot of women would have just gone up one side of me and down the other. Anyways, your last comment reminded me of a time when I first started selling. This woman walks into our showroom, I greet her, and she immediately demands to see a certain truck. Suffice to say, this was NOT a happy person. I have the truck in stock, she looks at it, and now demands to know my best price. I give her a price, and finally worked up the courage to ask her what I had done wrong. She gave me the strangest look and said, "what makes you think you've done anything wrong?" I said that she seemed extremely irritated with me, and if I had done something wrong I apologize and perhaps could get her another salesperson (hey, sometimes personalities conflict, and it just doesn't work). She immediately relaxed, and explained that she had just come from another dealer. When she asked the salesperson there to show her a truck, he excused himself, and returned with a brochure. He told her, "when your husband is available, bring him by and we'll be happy to show HIM a truck."
Ouch.
By the way, I've sold JoAnne 3 trucks since then, and we've become really good friends over the years. Go figure!
