Wiring

I traded for a 63 unibody not too long ago and it runs great. It has a 292 with a three speed (somebody converted it to a floor shift, we'll address that later) everything works but the lights and fuel gauge. I have one working rear running light. Any suggestions on where to start?

wiring

if no one has torn into the main wiring then usually start with power supply( fuse block).
as these are part and parcel with the head light switch i have found the terminals tend to get corroded and make poor contact, especially if the truck was left on the dirt or grass.
after your sure you have power there and through all fuses then go to the end of the wiring at the lights, my light sockets got a good glass bead blast except for the really bad ones, change out the pigtails.
if your not comfortable with wiring these trucks are actually not bad to learn the basics on...good luck
like to see some pics
are you building a custom or a restoration?
