I don't have any pictures, but:

JVC KD-R740BT head unit. Bluetooth with audio streaming, pandora and iPhone friendly.

Rockford Fosgate Prime R165-S in the front doors.

Rockford Fosgate Prime R1682 behind the seat.

Sound Ordnance™ B-8PT powered subwoofer under the rear seat.

Got everything from Crutchfield, along with their installation gear.

Nothing extremely high end, but it sounds great and it's all I really need. I especially love the bluetooth features of the head unit.

I don't have any pictures of it, but I was running 4 10" JBL Power Series Subwoofers off of 2 1000 watt Sony Xplod amps and some RockfordFosgate stiffening caps with a cheap pioneer head unit and 3 way Pioneer speakers in the doors of a regular cab truck. That was ungodly loud, but sounded just killer.

How do you guys like the Q-Logics? Any problems with wanting to (accidentally) kick in your own speakers? How do they sound with the tweeters so low?
