Please Help! truck keeps cutting out, jerking, and sputtering while driving.
I have a 1995 F150 351 5.8l V8 that act as if it is running out of gas while I'm driving down the road. The issue almost never happens during my morning drive to work but almost always happens on my drive home when it is warmer. It will jerk and shake as if it is about to run out of gas and seems to lose some power. I have duel tanks and the issue happens regardless of what tank I am using. I occasionally can go a day or maybe two without any issues but it is normally an everyday occurrence.
I have replaced the disturber cap and rotor and also put in a new fuel filter. The plugs and wires were replaced about a year ago.
Any ideas or help with this issue would be greatly appreciated.

welcome to fte,
You might try spraying some starting fluid as soon as it quits. If it starts then, it could be a fuel problem.
Possibly the pump, or maybe the pressure regulator.
Also, check for spark. The ignition module (TFI) in that era of truck was famous for failing when hot.
It also could possily be the computer -- search on electrolytics or capacitors.
Those have been reported as an issue a number of times.
Note -- this is all info I've learned at FTE -- I've never done a lot of these things-- but, I've read the descriptions many times.
Good Luck,
