Cool replacing oem fuel tank with larger

2012 F-250 Crew cab Lariat w/ message center, bells & whistles. Installed after market 50 gal fuel tank and subsequently lost following displays in message center DEF, Intelligent Oil Monitor, and Select Shift Transmission gear. Dealer says all comes with resetting computer for 50 gal tank. So no oil monitor, Diesel Exhaust Fluid monitor, or can't use Selecty Shift for hauling trailer. Sounds like a programming problem that Ford is aware of, but no solution! Any comments would be appreciated as this is a new vehicle (6 months of trying to resolve).
