The one thing I like about 1aa is the offer a 60 day return.

Look good to me. Very nice project. The mirrors are oddly one of my favorite things on my truck.

They have been solid so far. In an effort to be objective, I don't have an owners perspective with 08+ OEM, but these mirrors don't shake at all.
They are very substantial/heavy with a thick seal/foam where they mount to the truck. Excepting the molding issue I noted earlier, I think they are high quality.
While a person probably can't go wrong with OEM towing mirrors from Ford, these are worth considering IMO.
If they were substandard in performance I would have replaced them in short order.

Concerning the vibration issue.....other after market mirrors I have used had a vibration of the glass itself. The mirrors always mount solid to the truck.....but for some reason they cannot get the glass to be vibration free. I could just touch the glass gently and the vibration stopped....real aggravating to say the least. Sure would be nice to find a good after market set.....May have to look into these in this thread.

Update. I dont know how to post pics on here, but I got the mirrors put on this weekend. It took about 20 minutes on each door. Very easy to do. They look great. Drove down the road for a test run. They do not shake or vibrate. I would highly recommend to anyone. I am very pleased!

With all the good reviews I think I may order a set as well, just to confirm these are plug and play correct?

Jkpuma, congratulations on the upgrade.
Cheap replacement mirrors may have stigmatized people in the past, but these are the best mirrors I've had on a personal vehicle. These are not those vibrating, lucky to stay together, to-be-found on repaired used car lot vehicles.
I hope you're as satisfied as I am with mine. Please give an update or two regarding your experience down the road to help out other members.

Sarge261, complete plug and play. Comes out of the box with the square plug, and has adapters for the round. No modifications necessary on my 05.

I looked at a set on a 2013 SD today. Very little difference. Just as sturdy! Amazing how much more vision you have with these.

I ordered a set last night, should be here by the end of the week and then I will send the caps out to the painter and install them. I thought that price was for 1 thats why I waited, I should have read that was for the pair.

I will let everyone know how it goes.

For what its worth, I ordered some manual 08 mirrors from parts train that didn't have any turn signals in them. Went to the ford dealer and ordered a set of lenses that snapped right in place like a factory mirror would.
