Okay, well thanks for the offer but I need one that isn't computer controlled or can easily be converted to non-computer controlled. I found a almost perfectly identical one except it is a 1989, 7.3L IDI, and I am pretty sure it is 4wd. And it is two hours away from me. Smaller engine but not too bad.

I'm assuming by 360 V8, you mean a mid 90s Ram 5.9L. Then no, you'd be wrong. That 460 would have at most 10-15HP more. The extra torque will help a bit to get things moving, but when it comes time to pass or make a charge up that big hill - it will not have much more power.
I've been in 460 powered trucks - I've even help build a turbocharged one. They're slow stock and are underpowered towing at their rated capacity. They had more power than the 351 and IDI of the time - but that's not saying much.
I'm not saying it's a bad or weak truck, but it's not the towing monster the seller is trying to make it seem.
