I know it.Well,I gotta say,I don't think I would prefer it myself lol.I suppose it's just about like any other word though,in that it's all in the manner in which it's used.That said,there are defiantly better choices of describing folks.
Here with this band,in this case,it's used admirably,in the same way some chose to take back that horrific N word,commonly used for a specific nationality.In that,they take ownership of the word and strip it of it's hurtful and hatred intent.Though,I personally may not agree with this approach,I get it and can fully respect it.
