Lead head and I are on the same page.
I started turboing stuff 10 years ago. I did a monster garage project with a 92 v8 tbird, used a powerstroke turbo, and over the weekend had built the first non factory turbo car. ( I had built a few dsm cars and Saab and turbocoupes)
You learn so much by just doing it. Just be careful and don't overdo it.
You're going to build it and then later need to make tweaks.
Now I have a turbo ranger and turbo 3cyl geo a turbocoupe, I've built miatas and dsm cars. All with and without oem computers.
I remember after 5 years of doing this, reading corkey bells book and thinking, nothing new in here.... But if you're new to turbos, its a great read. Sections are ordered weird, but whatever.

Anyway
There are plenty of people with forced induction to help with tuning and upgrades. Wether it be turbo or supercharger, boost requires certain things. Pay attention to the reccomendations or else you'll be replacing a motor.

Double post

Remember to ask questions.
Turbo ford is a good place to research. But just do a google search. Read what others have and how they did it. Just read and read some more.
