HELP! River of Oil
This is what I woke up to:
Does anyone have an idea of what might cause this much oil to leak? I can't imagine the CAC Tubes, ICP Sensor, Glow Plug Harness or the Cam/Crank Position Sensor to cause this much oil to leak out.
It's a 2006 F250 6.0L PSD, I haven't tried to start it this morning yet, I wanted to run it by you guys first to see if anyone might have an idea of what I'm looking at getting involved in or if it'll need to go to the shop.
Thanks in advance!

Here you go. It looks like it's mostly on the passenger side, looks like it came from above the starter?? Oil is all over underneath, agan mostly on the passenger side, I'm assuming it got sprayed onto everything underneath while driving?? I took a pic of one of my CAC Tubes, I planned on replacing them once it got warmer out, I can't imagine that much oil would come from the CAC Tube. There is oil in the valley but not much, I'm assuming it's from that CAC Tube slowly leaking in that area.

But by your description, it sounds like your STC fitting has sustained a catastrophic failure that caused it to be pushed well into the rear engine cover causing it to crack and leak oil like that. At least that would be the only sensible explanation. Are you/did you have any starting issues leading up to this?

You might want to try re-loading your pictures again because it appears all of them are MIA.

Yes, this time they came out pretty clear. Does the truck start and run? You might want to take a close look at the passenger side rear corner of the rear engine cover. Do you see a slight crack at the top right corner? If so, that would confirm my "guess".

Here might be a stupid question, what's the easiest way for me to see if there's a crack on the engine cover? Where would I be looking?

The fact that your truck starts up without issue is definitely a good sign. But are you certain where the oil is exiting, is in fact from the right rear upper corner of the engine? Did oil begin spewing out, the moment you started it up? The last truck I fixed a massive leak like that ended up being a cracked oil cooler cover. This truck was a 2006 truck with pretty high kms. on the clock too. A leak like that under pressure SHOULD be pretty obvious in my opinion.
Try looking up behind where the EGR cooler up-pipe is connected. That would be the area where you would see a crack at the rear cover, if in fact the STC fitting had in fact blown out and cracked the rear cover. Incidentally, has it ever been replaced before?
