jealous of the texas boys

I am a Georgia boy myself and would love to have a get together like the Texas bunch is planning. I would even be willing to volunteer my place. How about it Jason,Joey,1fixitman. I know there are others.

The best thing to do is exactly what you're doing. Get some interest going on a side thread like this then when you figure out a good date create a new thread for that Git-Ta-Gather.

I've had "Nor Cal" GTG's so many times now I've lost count. Even had long distance special appearances from celebrities like Clay, Robin, Marv, Chet, as well as the more local crew. They're always a lot of fun, and make sure to BBQ something!

AND ALWAYS TAKE PICS LIKE THESE !!!

I can make some pretty mean bbq as a matter of fact. I have 2 shops with concrete floors 30x30 that could be used. Any suggestions on dates, times, places? Also I am on 4 acres with enough space to put campers if someone was so inclined.

If its south of Atlanta, i might be able to talk the old lady into letting me go. I'd be more than willing to supervise and lend a hand where needed. Just let me know, I love thus kind of thing.

My place is a hour north of atlanta in the mountains. I would love to have one of these and show my wife I am not the only crazy one.

It's still within range, just depends on funds at the time. If anyone needs to do cups or sticks/Orings or glow plugs, its all fresh on my mind, and I've got the cup tool from clay. Can do UVCH and $.50 cent too.

I'm pretty sure I can manage a turbo RandR, and up pipes as well. Paid a lot of attention to the other work going on with the Texas boys.

I've got experience with the auto hubs, seals and ball joints in the front, and rear wheel seals too. Can repair overhead consoles too if all the pieces are there.

Strange, I misjudged the ability of the southern Texas guys. I am a fan of things being done in a shop, not in a front yard. Turns out their talent and integrity was true.

Hmmmff, next time. And that's saying alot because I don't trust anyone when it comes to my truck.
