Custom Engine Emblems
I'm trying to gauge some interest in custom emblems for the 6.2L engines. Would you buy one of these examples if they were for our trucks?
Liters:
Cubic Inches:
For the cubic inches emblem, if you convert 6.2L to C.U. you get 378.347, so which would be a better choice; 378 or 379?
Let me know,

I agree, finding a place to put such an emblem on the '11 & '12 SD's is a challenge. I purchased a pair of the 6.2L Raptor emblems and I did some test fits on where to place them. I tried the door like on the Raptor's, didn't look right and didn't want to copy the Raptor. I tried the edge of the hood bump, but it wasn't angled right, and I tried the from of the fender like the Triton engine size logo and it was too cramped because the Raptor emblem goes on the door so it's good size. I settled on the spot under the F-250 badge, but it is still less than optimal.
The emblems I posted were just examples. I want an emblem for myself and did some checking and there's nothing, no big surprise, right? So I thought I would gauge the interest here and get a custom emblem made up and folks here can get them at nearly cost. The couple places I checked with that I found said a typical run to be cost effective is 1000 pieces. So doing a 6.2L Boss in gray/smoke is no problem and so would a 378/379 Boss would be as well.
I'm an old curmudgeon and I like cubic inches over liters so I would make a run of both.
