fuel pump will prime but won't pump

I have a 2009 Ford Escape limited 3.0. When I turn on the key the fuel pump will prime. When I start the car it run until the prime is used and then die. I have replaced the cylinder head temp. sensor, and the fuel tank pressure sensor. I took the pump out of the tank and checked that the screen is clean. I hot wired the pump and it works fine. I then replaced the pump in the tank and put an electrical tester on the fuel pump power plug and checked voltage (11.6 volts). Something is failing to tell the pump to pump so the car will remain running. The engine light is not on. When I hook up a reader to the OBDII there are no codes. Does anyone have any ideas or maybe a fuel pump power schematic so I can track down the power route to see where it stops? Thanks in advance.

The FP is controlled by the FP relay receiving inputs from the PCM and inertia fuel shutoff switch.
