There are no production numbers available, as Ford converted Crew Cabs from regular cabs.
The F250's 11 digit VIN will begin with F25 if 2WD, F26 if 4WD. The next digit is a letter for the engine size, followed by another letter for the assembly plant. The last 6 digits is the serial number.
The Warranty Plate, located on the left door face below the latch, will have additional codes stamped on it. The VIN and Warranty Plate codes can be decoded, but...
None of this info will be related to Crew Cabs. Most were assembled at the Oakville Ontario Canada Truck Assembly Plant (code C).
And, to make matters worse, FoMoCo THREW AWAY all the records for 1961/66 trucks decades ago. So there's no way to find out diddly squat, except for production records.
These were kept for the entire auto industry by R. L. Polk and Co., but are scant and like I said, there's no Crew Cab records.

Factory built F 250 crew cab pickups came with the 6 1/2' flareside or matching styleside body. Factory built F 350 crew cab pickups came with the 8' flareside or the older version of the 8' styleside body. These type of trucks were rare in the 60's, there was a very small market for them. Most buyers were construction, railroads and goverment agencies.
