I just figured out the rattle under my truck is coming from the steering stabilizer. What is a good one to get. I am running 285's, no lift and rarely off road. When I am off road it is mostly dirt roads and beaches in Mexico.
I installed the Rancho on my truck....with 285's alos and pretty stock. I am pleased with it. It is slightly larger than the stock Ford one that I replaced. I also got the one to fit the stock brackets.
I got a sky jacker dual steering stabilizer like the first month I owned my truck. Took it off when I put the lift on last spring and just havent gotten around to putting it back on. Really liked it though. Helped a lot with any crappy roads and stuff. Install was pretty straight forward and it was only like 120. However I am sure that the bilstein set up is very nice.
I have broken a couple of Rough Country cheapies. My next one will definitely be a Bilstein! I am running 37's and can tell a huge difference with, and without one
Agree with you. With the 33's I was running before I didnt notice that much of a difference between with and without. Now that I've upped to 37's I think I need to put it back on.
Dont get the rancho, not very useful in my opinion. Ive bent 2 already, and if they are anything like my shocks its probably shot too. Really want the TGC dual bilstein setup but too expensive, but just a single bilstien would be fine for smaller tires!

Did the dual one just bolt on with the included brackets? I was thinking of going that route but someone said you had to get the sky jacket leaf springs as well...... please advise
