I'm thinking of buying the 05+ grill and headlights from this place, and they also do the 05-07 full conversion kit (I couldn't justify the extra cost as I'd rather go to the 08+ if I was spending more............just haven't found somewhere online that sells all the parts I would need)

This should be the link

Ford Full 07 Front End Conversion for the 99-04 Super Duty/Excursion (Chrome)

Check with member Specialtools. He had a new OEM still in the box when I was at his warehouse this week. He may still have it.

That is cheap if it's genuine OEM?! I wonder if they sell the 08+ parts? I was going to buy the grill and headlights for now (the 05 look that fits the 04 shape) and I thought $400 was cheap enough to get the front looking more modern, then in a year or two when everything else is done, convert it to the 08 F250 front...........but if parts can be got at those sort of prices I may aswell put the $400 into saving for the 08 look

I just waited and got all used 05-07 OEM parts. Took me over a year but eventually got everything together. I rebuilt the 03 bumper to work with the 06 grill and header panel.

Link in my sig.

I just check my part inventory- I do not have none of the parts.

you may want to check into this( because of quality) -you will save a lot, by replacing them by after market body part / or just buy complete front end from salvage yard.
and sell off your truck front end.
