Windshield trim

Well, I did it, threw good money away on evil-bay. About a year and half ago I bought some trim off some yeahwho. Well, today I pull it out and start fitting it to the windshield ( looked at it when I first got it ), Not sure what it fits, but it sure don't fit a fridge! It looks close till you get it up to the windshield.
So does anybody reproduce these! Or does anybody have a set they can let go of.

Windshield trim

Damn, that's a shame Wally. If you're sure it is not the correct one, then if it is close, it may be for a 56. Mine is is still in the rubber in the cab, and that is not close to here, so, I can't even help with a picture of what you need. Mine is a 57 Custom Cab, so would be the same as yours. Good luck to ya. Your truck looks real nice. Aloha.

Thanks for the thought! It's sucks that I don't know what it fits because it is in great shape. What ever it fits the window is taller and the returns are flatter.
Merry Christmas

Most of us with projects have had similar issues, accumulate parts for a couple years and then find stuff that isn't right and it's way too late to return it or the warranty period is expired.

57-60; Thanks for the offer, however I went out to Pahrump and met with Riff (Riff's restorations). He not only identified the trim I had as 1966 ford truck but he swapped me for what I needed.
Then my wife and I installed both front and back windshields.
Now I'm capitulating, manipulating and fabricating with the front seats. looks like we will be visiting our local DMV after the first of the year!

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!

I am glad you got to meet Riff. He is my neighbor. He is a walking encyclopedia for Ford trucks. And all the parts that are available (rust free)
Guess I have become spoiled. If you ever go back to Riff's again pm me and see if I am in town. Most of the year I travel and work out of town.

Yes that was an educational trip! Riff is amazing as I handed him the trim pieces he said he thought they looked like they would fit a 66 and walked right over and laid them in place on the truck, just that quick. He told me of his plan for mounting a fridge to the highboy chassis (very slick).
Wish I had of know him when I started this rebuild, but glad to finally meet him and will be back for sure. I'll give you a shout.
Was that your place with the red/white fridge out front.

Riff is moving from there so make sure you get the phone #. PM me I can give it to you if you don't have it.
I am here in Rock Springs Wy. and will head home till around the 7th of next year. Give me a shout!!!!!
