1959 F100 Ignition lock replacement

I need to replace the ignition lock cylinder in My 1959 F100, How do I do this?

See the plate that says start on off? Push the ignition from behind toward the cabin and twist the plate on the outside counterclockwise 1/4 turn and the ignition will pull out from under the dash.

OOPS,.I worded the post wrong, sorry. I have the switch out of the dash, I need to know how to get the old lock out,and install the new lock cylinder

If my foggy memory serves me at all, I think there is a small hole in which you insert a small drill bit or similar to release the lock cylinder from the switch.
