NY passed a no texting while driving as well as a no talking on phone law after 6 girls were killed in an accident. Right afterwards a State Trooper ran into a house (said he was "distracted" talking on cell phone. 2 wks later a county sheriff ran into a barn while talking on a phone.

that drives me nuts. just like when employees of an establishment or law enforcement park in handicapped spaces.

WTF ever happened to leading by exmaple??? oh, wait, we found that out last month.
