IPR - Injection Pressure Regulator.
ICP - Injector Control Pressure. The ICP Sensor is what you found oil in.
CPS - Cam Psosition Sensor, also referred to as the CMP.
UVCH - Under Valve Cover Harness

You may want to start a new thread on this? The one you posted to was from 2012.
There are several reasons for a no start condition. We will need more information from you. Do you have access to a scanner that can read values off our trucks?
Please don't use ether or starting fluid on your truck, if it hits an energized glow plug it could be extremely bad news!!
Oh, one last thing, welcome to the forum! There are lots of great people here with a wealth of experience and knowledge to share, I am pretty sure we can get you up and running again, given the right information!

Hey Bobby. You ever come to channahon il i have a 7.3 that lays dead in my drive way. It all started with the glow plug relay melting down i put a new one on and drove for a little it drained the battery. Down and the truck **** down so charged it back up unhooked the positive terminal to the relay drove it for about another 10 miles and then it shut itself down and the relay still melted the new one after that I got nothing but a ticking noise from the relay underneath the dash whenever the key is in the on position and when I crank it she will not fire the fuel pump is not even turning on any ideas if you were in the area of Channahon I would greatly appreciate some assistance I'm the 7.3 it is a 2002 Ford F-250 Super Cab
