First, let me say that I am no way affiliated with this company. I just wanted to share my excellent experience, albeit a minor one. I orderd my Skyjacker lift from 4 Wheel Parts Wholesalers on a Tuesday and recieved it on a Friday. I am very happy with their quick response and the correctness of my order. I highly reccomend them. I've gone rounds with other mail order companies trying to get the right parts, these guys got it right the first time, and quickly. Just the way it should be.
Every time ive dealt with them its been nothing but trrouble...do a search on here...there have been posts before of tons of people complaining about their crappy service. Or if you really want to hear some stories....go over to pirate4x4.com and ask them about their service.... I only deal with NTW and tyres internaitonal cause i havent had any trouble with them in 3 years. desite the fact i have a 4wp in my town (atlanta)
Geez, I guess I got lucky. I really appreciate the heads up. Mail order problems are a serious pet peve of mine. I was dealing with the store in Compton. Maybe I just hit em' on the right day.
I got excellent service from the 4wheelparts in Portland OR. I ordered my lift through them and the new guy that was helping me screwed up and sent the gas springs instead of Diesel but they sent me the correct springs the next day. Then I had the wrong box kit (No fault of 4wheelparts). The 99's change mid year and mine was made in 3/99 and the cutoff is supposed to be at the end of 2/99 but mine took the early kit. They sent it to me overnight mail free. I just bought new tires and wheels also and they were here in 3 days mounted and balanced and I'm thrilled with them.
