1990 F150 Door swap lock cylinder question

Hey guys I have a 1990 F-150 with manual locks and windows and I got two doors off a 1988 F-150 with power windows and locks. The only problem is that I don't have the key for the new doors. How do I go about taking my old lock cylinders out of my manual doors and into my electric doors?

Honestly pay a lock smith.

If you don't have the old key to do the move I don't think it can be done with out knowledge.

just swap them out with the locks you have a key for. there is a metal tab on the inside of the door that you pull out and then the lock will come out and you just have unhook the linkage that moves the cylinder. I just swapped doors on my 89' and its easy.
