Morning all! Busy, busy, busy for me this week. Midway through the week of being a single parent... 
Begin Rant:
The boss at work is making me crazy. We run on a fiscal year that started on 10/1, and every year we have some mandatory training... nothing tough, just computer based stuff on safety, regulations, and everyone's favorite: harassment, lol. We have the ENTIRE YEAR to complete this, meaning it's not due till 9/30/2013. I usually finish it up around Christmas week since nobody does any real work then. Well, this year the boss decided our team should beat another team, and now I'm the last one to be done. There are two other slackers in my area that never finish this soon! Do we get anything for beating the other team??? NO... Do I get harassed daily by the boss to get mine done??? YES...
What is it with management coming up with stupid games like this? I guess it's all so they can brag in their worthless manager meetings about stupid stuff.

Yeah just a tad...
Hilarious moment in a meeting today: We use a conference calling deal for meetings since we are spread out around the country... it allows folks to call into the meeting using a toll-free number and meeting ID... anyway, we are sitting in the conference room and the guy running the meeting dials the toll free number so we can talk to the other location. But, instead of dialing 1-866- etc, he dials 1-800- etc... Well, that wrong number happens to be a phone-a-friend site, and by the sound of the voice recording, it's a lot more than just talking, lol... The poor guy running the meeting about died, never seen someone hang up a phone so quick.
It took about 10 minutes for the laughing to stop and for the actual meeting to begin.
