I'm going to be buying new tires for my truck. I farm so I haul alot and do some off road (pulling gravity wagons, delivering hay and straw, cutting firewood ect.). The two tires I've narrowed it down to are cooper st maxx and mastercraft ct

The mastercrafts are about 40 a tire cheaper if that makes any difference in your opinions.

If anyone has ran either of these please give your opinion.


My truck is a 2003 f250 4x4 with a 5.4 and a 6 spd manual.

The copper St maxx look like an awesome tire. I've had master craft at before and they.did horrible in every condition.

 

The mastercraft ct looks slightly more aggressive than the cooper st maxx........ but looks are worthless if the tire doesn't clean out. I wonder which will clean out better.....

 

FWIW Mastercraft tires are manufactured by Cooper.
