HELP ME!!!! P0325 and P1000 codes and laggy 2005 F150

Hey guys, I have a 2005 F150 5.4 FX4 and I had these two codes thrown over the past week/few days...P0325 and P1000(pictures below of descriptions...I have an edge programmer and have been running it on the highest setting for a while now but always run premium fuel. I got these codes and reset them and they came right back. I then reset the cpu to the factory programming and they still keep coming back. I still have premium in it and it seems like when you hammer it that it falls flat on its face! It runs good and pretty smooth but seems like it has no power when throttle is pushed hard. It seems like it has a small vibration at about 3,000 RPM but only for a few seconds and then smooths right back out again. The truck has 88,000 miles and I just put new Motorcraft plugs in it about 6,000 miles ago. NEED HELP!!!! Not sure what I should do or what is the next step. Please give me whatever advice you guys have! Much appreciated. Thanks alot, Mike

The knock sensor needs to be replaced. The other code (p1000) is just because you reset the CPU.After reset, the sensors need to be run about 50-100 miles before the produce accurate readings. Until then it will read "readiness not complete"

Does this cause the laggy power? If I take the intake off to replace the sensor(I will probably do both at the same time so I don't have to do it again when the other one goes bad) do I need a new intake manifold gasket set or will the old be ok to reuse?

Would the power have been laggy for a while before the code was finally thrown? Or only after the code was thrown?

The power could have been "laggy" for a while. That would have been the result of the knock sensor failing. It would have changed the a/f ratio to correct the knock it thought it was sensing.
I think changing both sensors is a good idea, also I would definitely replace the gasket. Anytime I open something that has a gasket I replace with a new one

Kind of what I figured. Sounds like a good idea to me too. Well, looks like I have a project in front of me. That sucks. Anyone know how long it should take me? Is it bad to drive it with the light on at the moment til I can get it replaced? Thanks for the info!
