update 11-24-13
So I got some more stuff done. The inner fender panels are about 75% complete. I still need to smooth the welds for the cut outs and make the enclosures for the hinges since they are now exposed to the inside of the wheel well. Regardless, I should be able to lower this truck as much as I would like and have no tire clearance problems. I will be running a 30 inch tall tire in the front. I also got the floor pans tacked in and all the rest of the corrosion cleaned an primed. The floor of this truck was a little worse than I thought. And oddly enough; there was zero rust anywhere else.

That motor is 120hp and 357 ft lb stock; single turbo. With the set up I am doing, I am hoping for 175 to 200 hp and 500 ft lb torque. But my main goal is 35 MPG; these engines are pretty stout stock, especially in a vehicle that weighs 4000lbs less than the original one.

update 12-1-13
Got all the sheet metal fit to the front. I have a few more things to do like the throttle pedal and cable set up as well as connecting the M/C to the brake pedal. Once that is done it will all come apart so I can finish the body work on the cab, doors, hood, and fenders. Then all that should go to the painter by Christmas. I didn't like my upper radiator and inner-cooler support so I made a new shroud to cover it all. There is a little access panel to get to the radiator cap.
