1992 F350 5.8 random fire to no fire

have checked coil, new distributer, new control module, new iginition switch, still won't start and now have no fire at all, wondering about the ECM, have twelve volts to hot wire on coil and five on other side, new plugs and wires, cap and rotor, any thing will help.........

replaced that also, it is sending signal to coil when it is turning over.........

That link I posted has more info for testing the entire ignition circuit.

Based on your opening statement "have twelve volts to hot wire on coil and five on other side" I disagree with the the bold text above. If it was sending the signal to the coil you would have spark. The Ignition Control Module (ICM) is on the negative side of the coil circuitry. The ICM momentarily completes the path to ground to fire the coil. Using a DVM set to Volts is not really the proper way to test that circuit.
