Points Replacement Help
I just installed a Crane Cams XR700 into the 360 of my 1970 F250. It ran perfect before the installation, but not now. It will idle very smooth, but any gas results in backfire and the engine dying. When I take off the vacuum advance it runs pretty good except for when I'm giving it just a little gas it stutters. Does anyone have any suggestions?

what is your timing set at ? when you installed the cam did you replace the timing chain and gears and line up everything ? more info please

I'm not sure what the timing is set at, I'm going to check it tonight, but I didn't put in a new cam, I installed an electronic ignition/optical sensor.
