propane to gas help

hey everyone, i know this is an odd swap, usually people want to switch to propane and not to gas. i bought my '79 bronco with a 351m with a propane kit on it and it ran once since ive owned it. i got propane for it and still nothing, it just turns over and over and over. and since there are very few propane stations where i am i kinda want it to be gas haha. so i was wondering what i would need to do this. like a gas tank, fuel lines, fuel pump and a carb. is there anything else i need? ive never done a fuel system swap before so any help would be great!

Thanks in advance

Assuming the mechanical fuel pump mounting has simply been blocked off with a plate, you should be able to put just about everything BACK that was originally in the truck to make it a gasoline engine again. Fuel line and vent line along with tank and carburetor and you should be good to go.

My question would be why won't it run with the propane mixer? Is it really the propane setup which really just has to let the gas through at the rate that the mixer is set for, or is it something else? Electronics? Duraspark ignition modules are notoriously temperamental and fail without warning. I merely make this observation because it seems a lot of time, money, and trouble to convert back only to discover then, that the problem was rooted in some other area.

It is difficult to wear a propane engine out...so sad to have to revert to gas. Guess there is no lever or pull to choose between gas and propane? Some were set up that way. Then you could run gas until the next propane fill up.

Check for spark in the meantime.
