I don't know but the lower cowl panels that I got from Northern Classic Trucks were made from well maintained dies (Northern Classic Trucks - Reproduction parts for your antique Ford truck). Not so with the same parts from Dennis Carpenter although they took mine back and are looking at their stock.
Not so with Northern Classic Trucks. They stamp their own.
Maybe I missed them on the NCT website but I could not find the cab corners or cowl sections for the 53-56 Ford F100s. Awhile back I bought some floor panels for a 56 from Blue Oval Truck Parts...they gave me an option for US made or Taiwan. I went with the US panels and when I received them they were heavy guage but they were not very well made...looked like something a hobbyist would have made, not a production stamping. I sent them back.

I don't see 53-56 either. You might want to call them. If they don't make it they might know who does make good quality parts.
If the sheet metal used is thicker than what the die was originally intended to use not only will the profiles be washed out but the die will wear very quickly or perhaps break.
