sounds like a terrible mechanic. the a4 chassis isn't all that different from your Jetta.

I had one in a passat. they are picky though. synthetic oil, and premium gasoline- both are musts.

The last statement by the DOT in this article baffles me.

Signs changed after highway death » Local News » The Free Press, Mankato, MN

"Arndt said they were removed because motorists were running the [stop] signs"

WTF? People are running the signs, so you just remove them? Well ... here ya go. Someone is dead because of it.

Hwy 14 west of Mankato is a death trap. Katie works in New Ulm and avoids Hwy 14 if at all possible.

Afternoon everyone. Busy day. I've logged in 3 or 4 times today to read through yesterday and today and post. This is the first I've been able to finally do that. And ... I've got class in just over an hour. I'll probably be sluffing off trying not to fall asleep.

No. They turned it from a 2 way stop to a NO WAY stop. They took the stop signs out.

I've tried fixing the end of the shifter on my truck twice now. Both times, it's broken in two days. I tried JB Kwikweld both times.

What else can I try? I don't think JB Weld will work since it's essentially the same as JB Kwik, just a little stronger. Kwikweld should have been good enough. I let it sit overnight both times. I don't think it's bonding to the plastic very well.
