Does anyone know what parts should be replaced and what parts can be inspected and reused when rebuilding nan IP?

 

All sealing and wear parts need to be replaced... Those are fairly cheap. As long as the head and rotor are in good shape, and dont fit "loose", those are fine to use. All the rest of the parts are pretty much non-wear, as long as a bunch of junk hasn't been run through the pump, or it doesnt have a million miles on it...

You need to have it recalibrated on a bench though, and normally a shop (If its a quality shop) wont touch it if it hasnt been rebuilt by them, there is too much liability...
