You getting ready to work on the front axle or just looking for info? I just put ball joint on one side and need to do the other on the green Ford. Red one needs spring bushings replaced all around and shocks. Too much to do, not enough time.
My wheel bearings are a little loose and I was gonna get in there and repack them with grease and tighten everything back down before seeing if it really needed replacing. We took the hub off the other day with the intention of doing this, and didn't have the nut. Too far to drive to the parts store in the middle of a project from Bill's unless you really need something bad, so it'll wait for a little while.
How did Bill get the nuts off the front end he put under his 250?

The D60 I used had the nuts with the four slots that take the spanner socket, same as the 250s. Tyler's looks more like a hex nut with rounded corners, like the ones on F150s and Broncos, but bigger. I have one of those sockets, but it's too small. Did the ones with auto-locking use a different spindle nut? His has Warn maual hubs, so maybe they were converted from autos and that's the difference in the nuts.
