I have an 87 f150 (4.9L, 4x4, standard cab, 8ft bed) My buddy gave me a set of brand new 6 inch lift coils springs (rough country) I want to use them but I know if I put them on, that I will need to change other stuff. What all exactly would I have to change? I know sway bar brackets and radius arm brackets or get extended radius arms.

what else would I need to change?

my plan is to lift my truck, I was going to get a complete lift kit but dont want to spend the money. I was also debating a leveling kit and then put a coil spring spacer on top of that. the leveling kit is only 1.5 inches and I want to put F250 rear leafs on and I was told it raises the rear end about 3 inches.

So I was going to do the 1.5 inch leveling with 1.5 or 2 inch coil spacer.

If I put a full lift kit on it, im not going to use the lift blocks it comes with, Ill get the shackle bracket flip kit.
