We look at ICPV at KOEO to verify the Electrical integrity of the ICP sensor

Its just kinda a Cross referance Really ICP saves me from looking of the Values and having to convert volts to PSI for Low and High Idel Values

These Look Good^^^
BARO should never change per RPM its just a reading of the outside pressure like you will see on the weather channel. So that said BARO Just sets the basline Pressure reading

here is FORD Spec MAFV
MAF 0 1.44 2.65 ----VOLT Mass Air Flow
KOEO--Low Idel--High Idel

Its Close

So I did read back a couple pages but not ALL. I did see you Found the Wire Chaff to the ICP IIRC.
So it must have Gotten better since fixing that

So whats the Exact drivability concern you have NOW???????????
I am alittle Lost Granted thats easy to do LOL

yup everytime i've fixed something it gets a little better. the truck runs way better after everything i did but it still has a slight studder at WOT and i cant get over 23 pounds of boost. seeming like a turbo problem to me but i don't yet know enough to say for sure.

Well all the sensors that go into turbo output control look OK

23 psi Boost is a Low Good area

Have you checked for exhaust uppipe leaks and CAC System Leaks???

The Studder could be an Injector thats just starting to go bad you could do a Bubble test. It may pass a Bubble test since the studder only at WOT IDK.

A cylinder balance test might be the Best way to check for a Weak inject but you need AE with ford enhanced for a laptop. If you know someone with that it would be worth checking into

i forgot to mention i took my muffler off yesterday, which must be plugged up cause my turbo spools right up now and the rough idle went completly away. HOLY S@#t, the turbo's loud!!! seriously sounds like a jet turbine!! still have a slight studder at WOT though.

so i went for a drive today on the highway and noticed the turbo won't spool up completly unless the tranny downshifts and the RPMs go up. it used to not downshift going up most hills but i could hear the turbo spool up and the truck would maintain speed with no problem. now it has to downshift to spool up and maintain speed going up even slight grades. also at WOT the boost fluctuates 1-3 PSI. i should have straight piped my truck a long time ago cause it really helps hear what the turbo is actually doing. is there anything i can do to test the turbo? or is shot?
