I just dont understand the term anymore. What I thought was a Rat Rod was something that may have looked like junk from afar but when your beside the vehicle you see a lot of creative and ingenious use of some fairly odd parts etc etc. Not just authentic junk.

 

Well, by "stolen" they mean hauled off by the neighborhood Home Owner's Association.

 

I think it was most UNlikely to get stolen...probably quite accurate...
